This project started as a way to bring people together through something familiar: the grilled cheese sandwich. But for me, it’s always been about more than just food. It’s about nostalgia, community, and comfort — the kind you feel when you come home after a long day and something warm is waiting for you.

I grew up cooking with my mom and barbecuing with my grandpa. Those early memories are the reason I fell in love with food. Now, I’m building Meltlandia to reflect that same energy — one that’s welcoming, real, and rooted in the city that raised me.

Meltlandia is about flavor, yes — but it’s also about creating a space where people feel at home, whether they’re longtime locals or just passing through. Every sandwich is a piece of that story. Every pop-up is a chance to connect.
